Hi there,
I'm trying Disk Cleaner per a friend's recommendation, but I've been unable to use it, since I can't choose the "users" folder. It won't let me go beyond the "Select User Folder" menu. Can you please help?

thanks a lot

    Hello Alejandro,

Did you select your home folder? The folder name will be what ever the username of your Mac is.

    I hope this helps,
    James

It Won’t let me choose the Home folder: it’s in gray. :/

    Hi Alejandro,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

What OS X version are you running? It looks like Yosemite, which means it defiantly should be working.

Can you show the full screenshot? You maybe selecting the incorrect folder.

This has never happened before so I'm not sure what is going on.

    Sorry for the hassle,
    James

I am also having the same problem. I can't select the user folder?

    I'm on Yosemite 10.10.5.

    Thanks
    Sam
