privileged volume?
hello,
how do you privilege the external disks for Drive to be able to mount them? =) I've tried probably all permission changes possible, and still have the "volume is not privileged" for all external drives.

Hi Piotr,
Are you running Drive on your own personal Mac? Or is it a work machine?
Can you unmount the external drives? OR do you have an issue with mounting and unmounting?
+
What sort of external drives are you having a problem with (i.e external hard drive, usb stick, etc..)?
Let me know,
James

hello,
thanks for the reply, here it goes:
1. I’m able to eject only usb-sticks (probably because they’re FAT, not HFS+ based).
2. The drives are external firewire, which are used in more than one mac. macs are running Yosemite.
3. I’ve got admin user account on those macs as well.

I'm having a similar issue when I try to re-mount a volumes of external raid and non-raid volumes on OS X Yosemite 10.10.1. Alert says: "Unable to mount selected volume. Volume is not privileged" Also, the icons in the unmounted volumes group look weird.

Hi Kory,
Fortunately those UI issues are fixed in the upcoming version.

Hello Stefan,
I thought this issue was resolved.
I will assign a developer to look into it.

Can you provide a screenshot, as it may help.
