Hi,

I would like to ask for a refund as Ive bought the app and did not suit any purpose for me at all.
The app could open my account, however could not open and launch my files.

    Hello Anton,

    I'm very sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we can not process refunds directly, you have to go through Apple.
