Can't Log In
Hi there. I can't log in with my user name and password. I even updated my password on Facebook, but it keeps telling me that it's the incorrect password. Can you please help.

It it possible for you to capture a screen recording when you try to login?
It will help diagnose the issue,

Hi James,
Here are two shots, one with my user name put in and what happens once I hit enter. Still can't log in. I've tried my Facebook user name, my Facebook log in, neither seem to work.

Thanks James. I was able to download the new one and log in. The only thing that's off, is that when I open a group chat, it opens two windows and then cuts off the left side of the conversation. I restarted the computer after downloading, which I thought would help. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Hi Sabrina,
Good grief! I thought this bug was fixed in the last update.
Fortunately there are two solutions;
Turn off "Always" showing scrollbars. Set it to automatic.
OR update to OSX Yosemite.
Either will work,
