Can't turn notification sound off
Not a very good app. Can't turn notification sound off and it makes a sound not only when I get a text but also when I send one. Side bar is flashing like a stroboscope.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

The flickering sidebar has been fixed in the upcoming build.

I had an online conversation with one window open. I clicked on another name to start a new conversation and I wrote a message. Turns out the new window was the same as the one already open (two wondows open with the same conversation) so the text I wrote to the new converseation ended up in the first one. Well done!

Will not continue to use this app. The risk of a message meant for the girl I'm dating ending up in my grandmothers computer...
