What is this Click and Clean app that wants to update itself?

This showed up under Apple App updates today. Just what is this? It is not in my applications, it is not listed in utilities, it does not show up in spotlight? It is not listed as an extension in Safari either. But it does belong to you, HALFBIT. I called Apple and they did not know what it was either. But it did come through their server and then into APP Store. Upon much further checking I have an app from you that I like called Privacy Guard. Is this associated with Privacy Guard in any way? It is a necessary component of Privacy Guard? I noticed it is a "paid" app in App Store. Have I paid for it in the past? I have blocked all updates to my computeruntil I know more about this. I have called Apple App Store about this behavior. Just what is going on?

This is an update to Privacy Guard. We simply changed the application name and updated the application.

Thank you for letting me know. I could find absolutely nothing on the internet saying this. James I apreciate you letting us know. I will let Apple know also as they were in the dark also. And they were interested as this update went through their server. Next time have your softeare engineers tell people a little more about this. They have failed in letting the customer, the end user, know just what is happening.
