apps for ebay will not work on iMac

Hello

I purchased an app for my iMac-the ebay apps....it does not work...please advise how to fix

    I also purchased an app Dictionary Tab.app for my imac - it installed after i purchased it but there is nothing it does not openat all. Cost $2.49.

    Thanx Lorna yeah who gives our money back lol. Makes ya wonder who is checking these apps then. How are we suppose to know what is real then??
