can't open the apps.

I can downloaded the apps. And used them once but after that I can open them, would you. Please tell me what to do. Yank you

    Hi, I d/l and installed the app but can't seem to open it. Please explain how to use this app. I did manage to place it in my task bar; however, it will not open when I double click on it. Thanks so much.

    I just purchased your App for Pinterest, answered all questions, and then it disappeared. Went to Launchpad, clicked on the pin, and nothing happens.
    How do I get my money back?
    How do you help me get it to work?

    To get a refund, just go to the iTunes store and look for the link "Contact Us" and they will refund you promptly as this is an Apple App.
