what am I doing wrong?

It is loaded and in my dock but somewhat fadded out. No way I can figure out how to get it working. What do I do to use it?????????

    I see a lot of people posting about log in problems with this app, me included, but I don't see that anyone is getting resolution. HELLO, IS THERE ANYONE READING THESE MESSAGES THAT CAN FIX THE PROBLEM?????
